Alzera Design will accept Goods for Returns and Refunds for 30 Days after date of purchase, as long as it is sent back in Perfect Condition and in its original packaging.
Wood and Zirconium rings are not resizable due to the nature of the materials. If you do get the ring size wrong a fee might apply as the ring needs be remade.
We have a warrantee of a 100 days for any product with manufacturing Defaults. Unfortunately accidental damage of any piece is not under warrantee and a repair done to it will be chargeable. Alzera Design can refuse a refund if the jewellery piece is not returned in the original condition that it was received.
When returned by post your name, order number, address and original dispatch note should be enclosed with the jewellery item in the package.
Alzera Design will do its very best to process, exchange or refund your Item as soon as possible.
The customer will be notified by Email when we have received the returned Item.
